WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Orders will be processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) and may take up to 2 business days to process prior to shipping. The estimate time for delivery on the checkout page does not take into account these order processing days. Please add the additional 2 business days to best estimate your date of delivery.

TiA CiBANi KiDS uses UPS / DHL / UPS to ship all online orders. 

TiA CiBANi KiDS reserve the right to refuse shipping of any order.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

All orders are shipped from our studio in New York.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! TiA CiBANi KiDS ships worldwide.

International customers are responsible for the duties and taxes required within their country. TiA CiBANi KiDS cannot estimate or cover duties or taxes on international orders.

U.S.

USPS Priority Mail (1-7 business days): FREE                            

USPS Priority Express (1-3 business days): $25

 

INTERNATIONAL

Express (3-5 business days): $50

 

RETURN POLICY

We will accept returns on all items within 14 days from time of delivery. Items must be unworn and have all original packaging and tags attached. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing your refund from the date we receive your package. 

Any item marked final on our website is not eligible for return, exchange, or refunds regardless of size. All sales items are considered final sale.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Please ensure that returned item(s) are traceable. TiA CiBANi KiDS is not responsible for any returned packages not received.
